Our expert technicians can now handle most repairs and maintenance right at your location, whether you’re at home or on the road. For any jobs that require our full-service shop, our local facility remains available to provide comprehensive care for your RV.

How Far Will You Travel For A Mobile Repair?

For our mobile repair services, we'll travel up to 75 miles at no additional cost. However, any distance beyond that will incur extra charges. How Much Are The Travel Fees?

Mobile Fee- We Charge a Flat Dispatch Fee of $90.

Hourly Rate- An Additional Travel Charge of $125 Per Hour will apply for the time the technician spends traveling to the job site and completing the repair. (ONE HOUR MINIMUM)

For your RV mobile repair service, we'll come prepared with all the necessary parts. However, if the required parts are unavailable or you request us to inspect additional items that we don't have on our truck, we'll need to charge extra for the time it takes to retrieve the missing parts and return to complete the work. Do You Charge For Estimates?

We do not charge for estimates. However, a Travel/Service Fee may apply if we need to visit your location to provide the estimate. If you bring the unit to our shop, the estimate will be provided at no additional cost.

Do You Honor Extended Warranty Contracts?

Yes, we honor extended warranty contracts! We just ask that you provide us with your warranty contract information before our tech arrives to allow us to get the claim process started. Please be aware that Colaw RV is not responsible for contract claim denials.

Do You Offer Chassis Repairs?

Unfortunately, we do NOT provide any mobile or in-shop chassis maintenance or repair services.
